Moon Laundry symbolizes cleansing, renewal, and letting go of the emotional weight we collect over time.

The moon represents our inner self—the part of us that continues to shine even after difficult seasons. Washing the moon represents the need to occasionally cleanse ourselves of old emotions, memories, stress, heartbreak, and things we can no longer change.

The people carefully cleaning the moon also represent the work that goes into healing. We don't always wake up feeling renewed; sometimes we have to intentionally care for ourselves and slowly restore the parts of us that have become worn down.

And just like the moon moves through phases, we do too. We aren't meant to remain the same forever. We fade, change, disappear for a while, return, and eventually find our light again.
